Testimonial

I have been coming to this exercise and movement class for about 8 months. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and have found the gentle exercises very beneficial, my joints have become more flexible and I can do things I couldn’t do when I first came, like walk better and lift my legs higher. I also enjoy the company of the other people in our group. We have a chat and a laugh. Our instructor Jayne is excellent and keeps us on our toes in a nice way – Gill, member of Creative Dance
