Walking Your Way to Health
Walking is one of the best ways for you to get yourself fit and it won't cost you a penny! At Crawley Wellbeing we can set you up with your very own step-o-meter, together with maps of local green spaces so that you can clock up your daily step count. If you prefer walking with others, we can put you in touch with the Health Walks programme which runs many walks throughout the local area.
