What's New From Crawley Wellbeing
Health Trainers
Crawley has three Health Trainers on hand to give one-to-one advice to people who want to lead healthier lives.
This free service is available to adults aged 18-65 who want support on anything from diet, exercise, quitting smoking or cutting back on alcohol. You can receive six to eight sessions with a Health Trainer over three months.

Ladies only Swimming Lessons
New at K2 Crawley: Ladies only swimming lessons ~ These courses aim to help you build water confidence and learn basic swimming techniques.
Lessons are given by a fully qualified female instructor and designed for non-swimmers and beginners aged 14 years and above.
Places are limited in these courses to 10 and booking is on a first come first served basis. To book a course of 5 lessons please call 01293 585300.
Course dates for 2010:
25 April - 23 May 20 June - 18 July
Cost for the 5 week course is just £21.25 (Payable in advance), which works out to be £4.25 per 1/2 hour lesson, plus 1/2 hour free swim. Find out more at www.crawley.gov.uk.

New weekly sessions for all WOW graduates! Weigh-in, chat, support, information and exercise*
every week.
Monday 11.30am – 12.30pm at K2 Crawley. Wednesday 7.00pm – 8.00pm at K2 Crawley.
Come along when you feel the need – every week or just when it suits you.

NEW ~ Change4Life Just For Me
One of the best ways to be healthy is to make some swaps and build them into your life for the long term. The more you do, the better you'll feel - and you won't have to say 'no' to everything. Visit the Change4Life website for tips and ideas intended to get you started on a path to better health. If you want to lose significant amounts of weight or have an existing health condition you may want to consult your doctor.
Feeling Good & Balanced programme
Do you want to be able and stable on your feet? ~ This is a gentle exercise and support programme designed for people who may feel a little unsteady on their feet, who may have experienced a fall and would like to prevent another or who are keen to improve their confidence to get about more. Classes take place in various locations across Crawley.
